This privacy agreement has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (as amended), the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX, the Law of Ukraine "On E-commerce" of 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII, and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation governing legal relations related to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to privacy and the right to self-expression.
The online store "Masterskaya Pechnikov", caring for the development of relationships with customers, understanding the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, in order to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings, has prepared this Privacy Agreement (privacy policy), hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy", and the terms of use of the website of the online store "masterpech.com.ua", hereinafter referred to as the "site". Please read this page carefully, as the information presented on it is important for you as a User of the site.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Administration of the Online Store's site (hereinafter – Site Administration)" – authorized employees for site management, acting on behalf of the online store "Masterskaya Pechnikov", who organize the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions or operations performed with personal data.
1.1.2. "Personal data" — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).

"Processing of personal data" — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" — a mandatory requirement for the Administrator or another person who has gained access to personal data not to allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the existence of other legal grounds.
1.1.5. "User of the "Masterskaya Pechnikov" Online Store site" – a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Online Store Site.
1.1.6. "Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time they try to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. "IP address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
1.1.8. "Owner of personal data" — FOP Kobzar Roman Stanislavovych, who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, makes decisions regarding personal data, and is responsible for the processing of personal data.
2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the site or purchasing goods offered on the site, as well as by answering the necessary questions in the form during registration and/or placing an order, the user confirms that they give their consent to the "Masterskaya Pechnikov" online store and its authorized persons for the processing of personal data, and also that they are of legal age.
2.2. The user gives their consent to the Site Administration for the processing of the information received, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, correction), use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data specified in the form, for the purposes of measures aimed at forming a database of participants, compiling statistical reports, conducting marketing research, as well as interacting with the user, including via telecommunication networks, including sending SMS messages and emails, until such consent is withdrawn.

2.4. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy includes, but is not limited to, the following information:

2.4.2. contact phone number of the User;
2.4.3. email address (e-mail);
2.4.4. delivery address for the Goods;
2.4.5. place of residence of the User;
2.4.6. payment data (only in encrypted form through payment systems);
2.4.7. data on orders and purchases;
2.4.8. technical information (IP address, browser data, operating system).
3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The "Masterskaya Pechnikov" online store uses the User's personal information for the following purposes:
3.1.1. identification of the User registered on the Online Store's site, for placing an order and (or) concluding a distance sale and purchase agreement for goods with the "Masterskaya Pechnikov" online store.
3.1.2. providing the User with effective customer support;
3.1.3. providing the User with personalized Services;
3.1.4. communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Services, provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;

3.1.8. ensuring security and preventing fraud;
3.1.9. compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
4. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED
4.1. The categories of Personal Data that the site collects (independently or through third parties) include: Cookies and Usage Data.
4.2. Personal data may be provided by the User independently, or its collection may be automatically carried out by the site during its use.
Unless otherwise specified, the "masterpech.com.ua" site uses "cookies" (or other tracking tools) to identify Users and remember their global settings solely for the purpose of providing the service required by the User.
4.3. Users are responsible for the Personal Data of third parties that they obtain, publish, or provide to others using the site, and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, but not more than 5 (five) years from the moment of the last interaction with the User or until the consent is withdrawn by the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by law.
5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, payment systems, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the "Masterskaya Pechnikov" Online Store Site, including the delivery of the Goods.
5.3. The processing of personal data is carried out by any legal means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools, provided that the requirements of the legislation on personal data protection are met.

6.2. Corresponding requests should be sent to the site administration at the address specified in the contact information on the site.
6.3. The Site Administration undertakes to consider the User's request within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.
7. COOKIE POLICY
7.1. 11. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
11.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent. Users will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
11.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Online Store's Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
11.3. In case of disagreement with any changes made to the Rules, the User must stop using the site and may request that the Site Administration delete their Personal Data.
11.4. This Privacy Policy is valid on the territory of Ukraine and is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
