Katmai can be built into gypsum portals and heat-resistant chipboard, plasterboard, that is, into buildings that cannot be exposed to strong heating. This bio-fireplace has improved functionality.

A fully functional bio-fireplace includes the following elements: a ventilated body that performs the functions of protection and decoration, it does not allow the enclosing structures to heat up too much; an internal body and device, a front panel equipped with ventilation holes, a place for monitoring the fuel level and refueling, a flame arrester, an ergonomic damper for regulation.
The material from which the fireplace is made is high-quality 2-8 mm steel, not subject to corrosion.
Using an ergonomic damper, you can regulate the consumption of biofuel, flame height, heat transfer and combustion intensity.
The improved internal device allows the flame to burn measuredly and not so intensely.
The design of the fireplace is protected from overheating by a body that performs the functions of ventilation, protection and decoration. The ventilation holes on the front panel of the unit do not allow the bio-fireplace to heat up quickly and strongly. It is painted with heat-resistant black fireplace paint.
The inner casing is equipped with an internal device and an anti-overflow system.
The distribution of biofuel in the internal device is uniform, which prevents boiling. The bio-fireplace is safe to use, since it does not burn, but burns liquid fuel vapors.
The fireplace is filled with ceramic absorbent fibers that retain ethanol. Thanks to these fibers, fuel leakage, pops and flashes are excluded.
The bio-fireplace is protected from external influences by a heat-resistant mesh made of high-quality stainless steel that is not subject to corrosion. Thanks to the ceramic fiber, the flame has a pleasant and bright yellow color.
The front panel is thickened, equipped with ventilation steel holes, as a result of which the metal does not deform even at maximum heating.
The fuel filling point is offset, which is very convenient. You only need to unscrew the cap, insert the funnel and fill the fuel to a certain level.
With the help of an 8 mm thick steel flame arrester, you can extinguish the fireplace at any time, while leaving the fuel inside. Since the flame arrester is located outside the fuel block, its temperature does not increase, which in turn minimizes the smell when extinguishing. The external and internal parts of the fireplace are polished on modern equipment, which gives the bio-fireplace an impeccable appearance.
