A fully functional bio fireplace contains: a ventilated body that performs the functions of protection and decoration, it does not allow the protective structures to heat up too much; internal body and device; front panel equipped with ventilation holes; a place to control the fuel level and refuel; flame arrestor; ergonomic latch for regulation.
The material used to make the fireplace is high-quality steel 2-8 mm thick, not subject to corrosion.
With the help of an ergonomic latch, you can adjust the biofuel consumption, flame height, heat transfer and combustion intensity.
The improved internal structure allows the flame to burn more evenly and less intensively.
The design of the fireplace is protected from overheating by a casing that performs the functions of ventilation, protection and decoration. The ventilation holes on the front panel of the unit do not allow the bio fireplace to heat up quickly and strongly. It is painted with heat-resistant black fireplace paint.
The inner casing is equipped with an internal device and an anti-overflow system.
The distribution of biofuel in the internal device is uniform, which prevents boiling. The biofireplace is safe to use because it does not burn, but burns liquid fuel vapors.
The fireplace is filled with ceramic, ethanol-absorbing absorbent fibers. Thanks to these fibers, fuel leakage, popping and flashing are excluded.
The biofireplace is protected from external influences by a heat-resistant mesh made of high-quality stainless steel that is not subject to corrosion. Thanks to ceramic fiber, the flame has a pleasant and bright yellow color.
The front panel is thickened and equipped with steel ventilation holes, so that the metal does not deform even at maximum heat.
The fuel filling point is offset, which is very convenient. All you need to do is unscrew the lid, insert the funnel and fill the fuel to a certain level.
With the help of an 8 mm thick steel flame arrester, you can extinguish the fireplace whenever you want, while leaving the fuel inside. Since the flame arrester is located outside the fuel block, its temperature does not rise, which in turn minimizes the odor during extinguishing.
The outer and inner parts of the fireplace are polished on modern equipment, which gives the bio fireplace a flawless appearance.
