Description:

Elegant firebox for corner fireplaces, with one-piece, angled glass. The firebox door opens upwards and also to the side for cleaning the glass. Left-hand version (L).

The width of the front glass is 67 cm, the width of the side glass is 45 cm.
Door frame height 45, 51 or 57 cm.
Rated output 9 kW.
Chimney pipe to match the diameter of the chimney:
- door frame height 45, 51 or 57 cm - 18 cm.
- If desired - 20 cm.


Advantages of Schmid fireboxes:
  • The material of the firebox lining is fireclay with a ‘brickwork’ pattern or solid-coloured plates. Available in black colour.
  • Cast iron smokebox consists of 4 separate elements.
  • A convenient handle for lifting the grate makes it easy to clean the ash drawer.
  • Easy adjustment of the combustion air supply. 


The Ekko L 67(45) h firebox belongs to the Ekko range by Schmid.  There are three variants of Ekko L 67(45)h, differing in the height of the viewing glass frame:
  • Ekko L 67(45)45 h (frame height 45 cm); price - 5 560 euros.
  • Ekko L 67(45)51 h (51 cm high frame); price - €5,560.
  • Ekko L 67(45)57 h (frame height 57 cm); price - EUR 5 790.


As an option it is possible to order a decorative frame for the loading door.
The decorative frame is available in two depths of 20 mm and 50 mm and has several decorative finishes: anthracite, gilding, chrome and stainless steel.
Also as an option to this model it is possible to order:
  • Ceramic heat accumulator, which gives the opportunity to heat the room after the end of burning.
  • Overhead glass of the loading door with tinting all round (Kristall style).
