The Lina 120h from Schmid is a large format firebox with large rectangular glass. This firebox is designed for large rooms of 50 square metres or more.

The Schmid Lina 120h is available in four versions of the loading door height:

Lina 120h will harmonise with the design of a large room. Its simple, laconic forms emphasise the elegance and sophistication of any fireplace.

The door of the 120h firebox opens upwards. The decoration of the door frame and glass changes its style and provides the customer with various options for the firebox facade.

Frame decoration options:
Anthracite - standard delivery;
Deco - gilding (5mm strip matt or gloss);
Deco - chrome (5mm strip matt or gloss);
The entire frame is finished in stainless steel, gilding or chrome.

The Lina 120h firebox has a straight glass top. The firebox door opens upwards and also towards itself for cleaning.

The width of the door frame is 120 cm.

The chimney diameter is Ø 200 mm, when working with the door open, a chimney diameter of Ø 250 mm is recommended.
Adapter for connecting outside air Ø 150 mm.
Rated power - 10 kW.

Lina 12080h has a chimney diameter Ø 300 mm.

The combustion chamber of the Lina 12080h is lined with vermiculite.

 Options available:

- Double glazing in the stoking door to reduce infrared radiation from combustion.

Description of functional and technological features of the Lina 120h firebox:

• The material of the firebox body is heat-resistant non-alloyed steel with a thickness of 4 to 5 mm. Engineers have provided different thicknesses of the body walls depending on the heat load of different parts and parts of the body, which ensured the strength of the structure and resistance to high temperatures without deformation;
  
• The material of the smokebox - 8 mm thick cast iron. This is due to the high heat load of this unit, which does not allow the use of steel.
• Numerous assortment of firebox decor and additional accessories makes the purchase of a firebox from the company Schmid unique, special, with the appearance of your taste and desire.
• The combustion chamber of the firebox is lined with heat-resistant chamotte in beige colour with a brickwork pattern or in solid colour. Optionally available: black fireclay;
  
• The double air supply system to the combustion chamber ‘PRIMARY & SECONDARY’ helps fast ignition of the fireplace, prolonged combustion and also includes the function of secondary afterburning of flue gases. This fulfils the environmental protection requirements confirmed by the German quality certificates ‘DIN Plus’ and ‘EFA’.
• The system ‘clean glass’ (‘TWIN AIR stream’) works on the principle of blowing hot air on the inner surface of the glass during the operation of the furnace. The air flow along the glass prevents it from getting dirty, leaving it clear and allowing a good view of the flame.
• The viewing glass, ceramic, is heat-resistant and can withstand temperatures of 800°C, which is twice as high as required by the norms. The glass is made in Germany
• There is a removable ash pan with a cast iron grate and a convenient handle.
• Adjustment of the air supply intensity is simple and effortless;
• The firebox is equipped with height-adjustable legs, which ensure a perfectly level installation of the firebox during installation
• The unique door lifting system with a new geometry, developed in the Schmid design department, ensures a smooth, silent movement of the door, which is tightly fitted to the body both when heated and when cold. The mechanism does not require lubrication and the guides can be adjusted after installation and mounting.
• Rated power of the furnace Lina 120 h 10 kW, efficiency - 78%, which will heat an area of about 90 square metres. The weight of the firebox is 340 - 400 kg.
• It is possible to supply the combustion chamber with fresh air from outside the room.  This function keeps a high level of oxygen in the room where the fireplace is working.
• The guarantee for the fireplace furnace and its modifications is 5 years.
