Description:

• the front has a rounded cylindrical shape, the door is almost identical in height and width. The back and side walls of the firebox are also rounded;
• the firebox is quite powerful, its nominal capacity of 9 kW will provide heating of a large enough room (at average height the room area can reach 120 sq.m.);
• fuel material - wood with humidity not more than 20% preferably oak, beech, birch;
• efficiency (or efficiency factor) - more than 78%.
• The materials from which the Speedy MDRh firebox is made are the most highly rated on the market of similar products. The body is constructed of 4-5 mm thick steel, which withstands high temperatures without visible deformation, is not subject to corrosion, strong and durable. Inside the firebox is lined with ivory-coloured chamotte. The fireclay bricks are made according to the technology developed by SPARTHERM and have a smooth, seamless surface with hidden pores. This quality of the inner lining ensures maximum uniform heating and minimal heat loss. The glass on the firebox door is refractory, ceramic, transparent, sufficiently strong (but requires careful handling during transport and initial installation);
• the firebox has the property of prolonged combustion. This effect is achieved by a blowing system inside the firebox. The air can be supplied from above and below in turn or simultaneously. This determines the mode and intensity of combustion. Thanks to this technology, the fireplace is quickly ignited and a high temperature is reached, then the optimal burning mode is maintained by double blowing for 10 hours from a single wood stove;
• along with the long burning property, a secondary afterburning system is in operation, which allows all smouldering wood residues to be burnt at the end. This optimises fuel consumption and makes the fireplace easier to maintain;
• the firebox has a mechanism for blowing the inner surface of the glass during combustion. The blowing is constant, so the glass stays clean. Not to mention the fact that the glass is very easy to clean after blowing, the main advantage of the clean glass system is the possibility to observe the natural, changing flames of the burning logs. The flame in the firebox is always even. Thanks to the rounded shape of the glass and the same internal fireclay finish, the flames look particularly attractive and mysterious;
• the door of the Speedy MDRh firebox opens and closes vertically. This mechanism is provided by the ‘guillotine’ system, it works quietly and smoothly, the handle is located at the bottom of the door. The door is in the Prestige version with a thick frame with a classic look;
• the diameter of the outlet pipe is 200mm, providing vertical and rear connection to the chimney;
• the legs on which the firebox is mounted are height-adjustable within a large enough range to ensure a perfectly correct position when installed indoors;
• a removable ash drawer with a grate is built into the bottom of the casing for easy cleaning of ash and waste.
