Description:

Schmid Lina 67 h firebox model Lina by the German company Schmid. The firebox has a straight flat viewing glass with a frame width of 67 cm. The door opens vertically (letter h in the labelling) and is hinged for easy cleaning of the glass. There are 4 versions of the Lina 67 h, differing in the height of the glass frame:

Lina 6745 h (45 cm);
Lina 6751 h (51 cm);
Lina 6757 h (57 cm);
Lina 6780 h (80 cm).

Description of functional and technological features of the Lina 67h firebox:

  • The material of the furnace body - heat-resistant non-alloyed steel with a thickness of 4 to 5 mm provide structural strength and resistance to high temperatures without deformation;
  • The material of the hood (smokebox) is 8 mm thick cast iron, as the smokebox cannot be lined with heat-resistant materials and steel is not suitable as a material.
  • PRIMARY & SECONDARY double air supply system with quick ignition, long burning and secondary afterburning.
  • The ‘TWIN AIR stream’ system works on the principle of blowing hot air over the inner surface of the glass during combustion in the firebox. Excellent view of the flame.
  • The smoke flue ends with a swivelling spigot with the possibility of connection to a 180 mm diameter chimney at 90, 180 and 45° angles (i.e. vertically, horizontally and at an angle).
  • The viewing glass is made in Germany, ceramic, heat-resistant up to 800 ° C.
  • There is a removable ash pan with a cast iron grate and a convenient handle.
  • Adjustment of the air supply intensity is simple and effortless;
  • The firebox is equipped with height-adjustable legs.
  • The vertical movement mechanism of the door has been developed by Schmid engineers, using bearings patented by the company and an innovative geometry of the door movement on the guides with a perfect pressure effect on the firebox body both during combustion and in the cold state.
  • The 9 kW capacity of the firebox is designed for installation in a medium-sized room.
  • The guarantee for the firebox is 5 years.
  • Additional possibility of fresh air supply from outside the room.
