Description of functional and technological features of the Lina 73h fireplace firebox:
The modern Schmid Lina 73/45h ∙ 73/51h ∙ 73/57h ∙ 73/63h firebox will bring cosiness, comfort and warmth to your home.
- Fireplace with straight glass.
- The material of the fireplace firebox body is heat-resistant non-alloyed steel with a thickness of 4 to 5 mm. The designers have foreseen which parts of the fireplace body are necessary from steel of greater thickness, ensuring the strength of the structure and resistance to high temperatures without deformation.
- The material of the smokebox is 8 mm thick cast iron. Such a design solution is dictated by the fact that in the smokebox it is impossible to liner with heat-resistant materials, so steel as a material is not suitable and thick-walled high quality cast iron is used.
- Numerous range of fireplace decorations and additional accessories make the purchase of a Schmid firebox a unique, special firebox with an appearance to your taste and desire.
- The firewood stoking and burning chamber is lined with heat-resistant natural-coloured chamotte in a brick pattern or plain colour. It can be supplied with grey or black lining. Thanks to the internal blowing and smoothness of the material, soot and grime do not settle on the fireclay.
- The PRIMARY & SECONDARY double air supply system has quick ignition, long burning and secondary afterburning functions. This is in compliance with the environmental protection requirements confirmed by the German state quality certificates ‘DIN Plus’ and ‘EFA’.
- Clean glass system (‘TWIN AIR stream’). The air flow along the glass prevents it from getting dirty.
- The smoke flue ends with a swivelling spigot, which can be connected to a 200 mm diameter chimney pipe.
- The observation glass is made in Germany, it is ceramic, heat-resistant, withstands the temperature of 800 ° Celsius, which is twice higher than the required by the norms.
- There is a removable ash pan with a cast iron grate and a convenient handle.
- Adjustment of the air supply intensity is simple and effortless.
- The firebox is equipped with height-adjustable legs, which ensure a perfectly level positioning of the firebox during assembly.
- The vertical movement of the door is patented.
- The power of the firebox is designed for installation in a medium-sized room, 9 kW, depending on the quality and dryness of the wood.
- The warranty on the firebox and its modifications is 5 years.
Additional possibility of fresh air supply from outside the room to maintain a high level of oxygen in the place where the firebox is installed.
